Donald G. Beebe has over thirty years experience in litigation both defending and prosecuting products liability actions nationwide.  He has tried cases in over twenty states defending mass tort and product liability actions.  This experience includes defending a mass tort trial of over 10,000 plaintiffs in Baltimore, Maryland (in re: Abate) as well as mass tort actions in Mississippi, Florida, Virginia, West Virginia, Illinois, Texas, New York, Colorado and Hawaii.

Mr. Beebe has served as defense counsel in toxic tort litigation, pollution claims and products liability actions.  He also was plaintiff counsel in insurance bad faith claims in Colorado and Alabama.  He has argued several cases before the Fifth and Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.  He has argued numerous cases before the Alabama Supreme Court.

Mr. Beebe has published several articles in the areas of trial practice.  He has presented at seminars throughout the country.  He is a member of the Alabama State Bar and has been admitted to practice before the Southern, Middle and Northern District Courts in Alabama, the Southern and Northern District Courts of Mississippi and the Middle District Court of Illinois.  He has been successfully admitted pro hac vice in numerous states across the country.  He was a law clerk to the Honorable Richard L. Jones, Associate Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court.
