Mr. K. Paul Carbo, Jr. is a product of the Mobile County Public School System and received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Alabama. After graduating from the University of Alabama Law Center, Mr. Carbo entered the field of banking where he worked for several regional banks until entering private practice in 1990.
Mr. Carbo is an experienced litigator who has represented the City of Mobile in both State and Federal courts since 1994. He has been lead attorney in trials involving employment disputes, civil rights, contracts and property rights. Mr. Carbo has appeared before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals a number of times as well as before the Alabama appellate courts.
