Michael M. Linder, Jr. is a 2003 graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law, where he was a member of the Campbell Moot Court Board. After completing law school, he clerked for the Honorable Judge Bruce E. Williams of the Madison County Circuit Court. Mr. Linder has practiced almost exclusively in the area of civil defense litigation, with experience representing municipal and other governmental entities as well as private entities, and has written and taught continuing legal education courses dealing with the area of police civil liability. He is admitted to practice in all Alabama state and federal courts.
